To book a service please call the Workshop Team on 07 3154 6432 or fill out the form below. Please review the service chart left to identify which service option your bike may require before inspection. We have a minimum workshop assessment fee of $25 if your bike is assessed by our mechanics.
Need a service in a hurry and did not book? Jump the queue with the Priority Service (to be completed within 24 hours- not including weekends) add $100 on top of the cost of the service and it is subject to workshop business hours and parts availability.

We are an authorised service centre for most of the major electric bike drive systems - Bosch, Shimano, Faze, Brose & Mahle for example. We are unable to work on E-Bikes running other motor systems, not purchased through PedalHeads. We do not work on Scooters, Unrestricted E-Bikes or bikes with DIY E-Bike kits
