The policy published here refers to products purchased from PedalHeads online store only
Change of Mind Policy
This policy includes change of mind for reason of incorrect size or colour. If you change your mind regarding your purchase from PedalHeads online store you may return the product to us in the manner specified in this policy within 30 days from delivery to you and we will exchange for alternate size/colour where available – re-delivery of alternate product will be subject to a shipping cost.
If no suitable alternative is available we will provide a store credit for the original purchase value of the returned item less our actual cost of shipping the original item to you, where applicable. This deduction of a shipping cost is applicable where returning the item reduces your purchase below the free shipping threshold, or was the only item purchased in that shipment. It is not applicable if your original purchase was subject to a shipping charge due to being under the free shipping limit or a bulky item charge.
On a case by case basis we will consider a cash refund of a “change of mind” product. In addition to the shipping deduction (where appropriate) this would also result in a deduction of applicable transaction costs i.e. credit card processing cost or any Afterpay/Zip-pay/Humm funding costs borne by us on your original purchase
Please note the following conditions relating to the “Change of mind” policy
- Product must be returned in a saleable condition which requires it to be in the original packaging, undamaged, complete with all original packaging material, contents, accessories and manuals. Any items that have been altered, damaged, washed or worn in any way will not be accepted as a return. This includes shoes where cleats have been fitted, leaving a physical trace.
- Proof of purchase and delivery from PedalHeads online store is required for all returns and must be provided in the return shipment
- The cost of return shipping is the returning customers responsibility. Any original shipping cost incurred will not be refunded and in some circumstances (detailed in this policy) our actual cost of shipping the item to you originally will be deducted
- Where an item that is returned was a special order i.e. not a part of our normal product range a 25% restocking fee will be charged as we will need to absorb this item into our inventory.
- The following items will not be accepted for return under the change of mind policy
- Food/Nutrition products
- Water Bottles
- Custom manufactured products
- Sale / Clearance items
- Worn knicks and bibnicks (as this is a health and safety issue)
- Returned items received more than 30 days after the product was delivered to you will not be accepted under the change of mind policy – although you may have other rights as set out in the Terms of Service. We will contact you regarding any items returned after 30 days to return the product to you at the same address in your original order. Redelivery cost will be to your expense.
Faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged items
- Any such items that were not clearly damaged in shipping will have return shipping covered by PedalHeads and will be replaced or refunded in consultation with the manufacturer and/or at our discretion
- To organise a return of faulty, incorrectly supplied or damaged item please contact us via info@pedalheads.com.au describing the issue and we will work with you to resolve as efficiently as possible
- Items damaged during shipping will be subject to any recourse available via the Policies and Terms & Conditions of the carrier – we will provide our assistance but cannot be liable for transit damage or the satisfactory and timely resolution of such issues.
